The taste is nasty but I am used to it now. Here are few of my findings:-- After trying some different ways, I found couple of ways how to use this is add it in some hot water mix it well and drink it (after that have some sweets or tea). Second way is to add it in hot tea and mix it well and drink it. (I tried it to take it in powder form and drink something on top of it but it sticks on teeth, gums and tongue. And the nasty taste remains there for a very long time) -- I usually take it before workout or before going to running. This thing really increases stamina and I can do almost 30-50% more workout and running. Don't take it continuously use it for 5 days then stop using it for next 3 days and then continue the cycle. -- As mentioned in one of the review they should provide some measuring scoop. 100 gram package of this product does contain a measuring scoop. 50 gram does not have the measuring scoop. -- Like...
