I have never been a morning person & usually don't feel fully awake until after lunch ;-0 My doctor ran blood testing & found that my cortisol levels could be better for morning time. She explained that Cortisol peaks in the early morning, slacks off to halfway by around lunchtime, then falls completely by evening when melatonin normally sets in & makes you sleepy. So, I take 2 in the morning & 1 at lunch. i feel much more awake with less "brain fog" & have more energy. It did give me tremors (a bit like too much coffee) at first, but after 2 days of use, the tremors went away & I'm feeling much better. It just takes some time for the body to get used to.

After suffering from chills and tiredness, I decided to go to my Dr. Luckily, he was pretty progressive and knowledgeable about alternative medications. My bloodwork never showed anything out of the ordinary, but my saliva test did. It showed that my hormones were all out of whack and that my adrenal glands were not functioning as they should. This combined with Progesterone creme have changed my world. It has given me back that edge and has taken away a lot of my tiredness.

I was referred to this product by my integrated medicine clinic LPN after being tested for severe low adrenal performance due to chronic stress. I took this product for 3 months as prescribed and noticed significant improvements in my mood, energy, and ability to handle stress(not a cure by any means, but much better). After retesting using adrenal saliva testing my adrenals showed a significant improvement but were still severely depleted. I have since stopped taking the Adren-All under advisory of my LPN and starting on a regiment of compounded sustained release cortisone for at least the next 3 months. I will be return to using Adren-All after the cortisone regiment to naturally support my adrenal recovery program as per my medical advisor. I have found the Amazon price is the lowest anywhere and I am very diligent when it comes to price comparison and bargain hunting especially when it comes to my supplements.
